“I called them via ebay for 1 wing nut for my Pearl drum kit - extremely helpful and directored me to the pearl website and the spare parts catalogue and then checked to see if they had one in stock - yes - i ordered a pack of two that came the next day via courier ... cost me arouns £7 ish in total - above and beyond the call of duty Sir”

“I ordered a Hardcase hardware case with wheels for our band's drum kit and specified free delivery, 3-5 days. It arrived the very next day, less than 24 hours later! It looks to be a good strong case, much better than the rather flimsy box it's replacing. A good product and superlative service, what more can I say?”
