“Very clear information on website about the Remo Frame Drum I wanted. Had to be ordered in from Europe - as with all sellers - but postage from R&D was competitive and timely once they had the item. Also, response to my delivery date enquiry was quick, friendly and helpful.”

“Easy and friendly to deal with. I got an immediate response to my enquiry, and it was very helpful too. They also had what I wanted in stock, which was excellent because I'd been looking everywhere for an outsized hard case for a Flying-V bass. The price was good and delivery was next day.
