“Absolutely top notch service from the guys at R&D. I took my son in a few months ago to spend a while with the team learning about all the variations in drums, cymbals etc and nothing was too much trouble in all the questions we asked and there was zero hard sell. We went back in December to buy the kit and a few add ins and they did us a cracking deal and we are really happy with everything we bought. They now have customers for life....to the point that I'm back in the shop today getting my wallet out again buying more cymbals and stands! Gret store, excellent staff and a brilliant experience.”

“A good selection of Puresound snare wires is available on the website, shown as in stock at Rattle and Drum or with their supplier. Delivery of the chosen Puresound Equalizer wires was as displayed on the website. Pleased with the quality of the snare wires. Excellent service as always.”

“The item I ordered, a pro drum mat, was around £25 cheaper than other sellers (including postage). I was skeptical, but glad I chose Rattle & Drum - the item arrived the next business day and was exactly as described. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended.”
