“Visited The Store last week of March 22.. The store was having a move round However from my Call the previous Day to Kevin to Hold Paiste cymbal for me The service was excellent Time to try and completed sale .During visit explained to Kevin re Pro mark sticks using on which he contacted while there the supplier on which agreed to send a pair close to ones used . Delivered the following week along with another Cymbal i purchased and delivered to me. Great service and Staff Give them a call excellent range for all Drummers and great Cymbal Room Good Luck see you Soon Rob Starkey ....”

“I purchased the item on the understanding it would be picked and sent, almost one week later and one day before I went on Holliday I received an email telling me it had been posted the next day I left for my Holliday, did it arrive, I don’t know !”

I'm so sorry this item didn't arrive on time before you left for holiday. We do sell quite a few accessory items that are sourced from supplier warehouses, this item did have a 14 working day lead time on it at the time of order. We did fulfil the order well within this time but will always accept that, while we do try and make the delivery time very clear, it can be missed. Kind regards. R&D

“This guitar was purchased online and was ready to collect by the time I had finished eating my lunch, so It was a quick dash to the shop to pick It up, the guitar was on the counter out of Its box ready for me to check over & make sure It was what I wanted, the guitar Itself was not needing a setup It was perfect as It was, I was not expecting that It was explained to me that the 1st setup was included In the deal at no extra cost.”

“The Fender tremolo arm is excellent, so was the postal service I received. It's just a shame I didn't realise that there are a load of different thread sizes and so the part I purchased doesn't fit my Squire Fender copy!!! Buyers need to be aware of this! I haven't bothered contacting Rattle and Drum because I don't think it would be worth the hassle.”

“I ordered some drum accessories online and that was verry straightforward, and as I live locally I collected them the same day, which again was very straightforward. Whilst in the shop I sought advice on possible future drum purchases, and was given extensive good advice, which I found very helpful. All in all I will have no hesitation in shopping there again.”
