“I ordered a drum that would take a while to be made by the manufacturer. I was informed when it finally arrived on a Wednesday that the remainder of the payment needed to be made, then the drum would be sent out to me. I made the payment later that evening, sent an email stating that I had, thanked them for getting the drum in for me, and that I looked forward to receiving it. A couple of days went by with no response, so I sent another email on the Friday asking if there was any information on delivery. By Monday afternoon I had still not heard anything, so I phoned up and finally spoke to someone who dealt with my order and got it sent out to me 2 days later. I wonder how long it would have taken to get my order if I hadn't phoned up! DHL also badly messed up the delivery, but that's another story and not the fault of Rattle and Drum.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly and very honest and knowledgable in helping my finding the right drumkit for me. No pushing me into buying a more expensinve kit (if anything I came away with a slightly cheaper setup but with some extras thrown in). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for drum gear. This shop has been around for a long time and has always been top notch!”
