“Cymbal set out of stock, emailed Rattle and Drum who contacted their supplier. Contacted back by the store and order placed on the understanding that it would be received by myself before a certain date in December. Order placed and items received quicker than if it had been in stock elsewhere! Kept informed throughout the process, excellent service, would highly recommend Rattle and Drum. Son is also extremely please with his new set of PST8's, items were also best price on the internet. Thank you for the great service.”

“I found 'Rattle and Drum' by chance while looking on ebay for cymbals for partner. Phoned them up and found them to be very helpful. Felt reassured about spending £500 online, after having spoken to someone. I was told the cymbals would be sent out that day, and I would have them the following day, which was the case. Received email with expected delivery time, which was accurate. Would highly recommend this business. Great product, and very efficient service.”

“As this is a gift for Christmas, it has not been tired yet. However, everything upto actual use has been top notch. We use Rattle and Drum quite often in our family, and anyone that can keep hold of their customers must be doing a lot right.”
