“Had a great experience with Rattle and Drum. I bought a Fender Player Strat in Silver and was very quickly contacted to inform me that there were a few minor finish flaws on the guitar, the kind of thing you would expect to happen over time anyway. I wasn't too fussed about the flaws as they were hardly noticeable and weren't going to affect the guitar's playability, but the guy there was still able to get me a very decent discount from Fender as a result. I honestly believe that most retailers would have sent it out anyway and not done anything until the customer sent an email complaining, I really appreciated how up front they were about it from the start and were great in facilitating a discount for me so I couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks”
