“Where do I start??? I cannot fault Rainbow Club whatsoever! Firstly , there is a fantastic selecting of shoes to choose from to suit all styles. I spent ages trying to decide which ones to pick. When I finally decided on a pair and placed the order , they arrived within 4 days to Ireland. Now for the shoes!!!! They are AMAZING!!! So much nicer in real life than the pictures. The quality is second to none. The most comfortable pair of heels I have ever come across in my life. I cannot believe I am only discovering Rainbow Club now!!!! I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on...”

“I had my Rainbow shoes dyed and I had no swatch I could send so I sent the bag I wanted to match. I sent the shoes and bag to Rainbow colour service on a Tuesday, by that Friday my bag was back with me and a swatch of the colour to match the bag for me to agree was alright and it was! I called that day to confirm I was pleased with the colour. By the following Tuesday my shoes were back with me and fantastic! I am so happy with the match! The whole process took just ONE week. Excellent customer service. I highly recommended them.”

“The service i received was top class. The communication was polite and friendly - very prompt and they were very thorough. When I received the shoes I was delighted - the packaging was secure and they were wrapped so the shoes laid in the box without any disruption.As they are my wedding shoes it was lovely to see that they are in lovely paper and I don't need them until June 2017 I am able to return them to the box carefully and store. The shoes are well made and I was pleased that they are a little wider than normal - extremely comfortable. As I normally have problems finding shoes that have a small but delicate heel - i was delighted. Overall - a fantastic experience and on top - well priced. Thank you. An extremely satisfied customer :-)”

“Purchased a pair of shoes and bag intending to have them dyed for my son's wedding, I had a few questions about having this done so e-mailed customer services. A lovely lady named Julie Norman replied to my e-mail and also a subsequent one after that and was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful, I felt I was being a bit of a nuisance but she was more than happy for me to pester her and solved my problems easily. I have now sent off my shoes and bag to be dyed so eagerly awaiting their return. Thank you so much for all your help.”

“I purchased my Rainbow Club wedding shoes from John Lewis and sent them to Rainbow to be dyed. Unfortunately, because of the lace on my shoe, the colour wasn't quite right. Rainbow apologised because I said they should have told me that lace didn't colour in the same way, and they also let me choose another pair of shoes to be dyed. They let me try them on and did another colour sample for me, and very quickly got the perfect coloured shoe to me without me being out of pocket. Their service was excellent, very professional, very quick turnaround and their shoes are lovely too.”
