“I couldn’t find comfortable wedding shoes for a long time. A bridal store recommended wide fit rainbow shoes. I ordered a size 41 wide fit even though I wear Uk 42. They were very comfortable and nice. I wished they had more shoes in their wide fit range though”

“I tried to order shoes but consistently got errors for arou d 5 hours. Eventually I was able to place my order, paid for shoes, received my confirmation and was delighted. 2 days latee I got sent an email saying the shoes were out of stock, despite showing as available at time of order. Shame as I was going to get my bridesmaids shoes from here too... service not good enough.”

“The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend!! Very fast delivery to Ireland and the shoes are just a beautiful as they look in the photos. They’re also so comfy!”

“Good service. Probably excellent for UK based people. Trying to order shoes/dye packs from Ireland was very frustrating/confusing. Ordered 2 dye packs with the shoes + bag, and only on arrival did I find out there was a cheaper bag dye pack (website needs a bit of work). When I asked customer service about what to do, they advised me to send the 2nd pack back, and order another dye pack for just bag, but when it arrived it was IDENTICAL to the original one, so lost a lot of unnecessary money/time on postage. Generally poor at communication on the website/customer service, but were reasonably prompt in the responses. However, great shoes, and the dye (though not as I expected) was done excellently. I recommend the shoes to anyone. The other services need more work in how they are explained/communicated to make the process less stressful.”

“With my recent order I wanted to change the delivery type. The team at the end of the phone were brilliant and sorted it straight away. On recieving the shoes they were super comfy. I would definitely buy from Rainbow Club again.”

“Ordered a pair of shoes in the sale. Shoes had not arrived for nearly 5 days. When I called up Rainbow Club, I was put on hold and then told, there had been a discrepancy and my money would take 5 days to be returned! If I hadn’t queried it, then I would’ve been out of a product and money! So close to a wedding and no shoes! Rubbish customer service; not genuine at all nor apologetic! 0 stars!”

“The shoes are amazing, very happy but the delivery company you used left them in the back garden on the floor under a table on a day when it was heavily raining. They were wet right through the cardboard box and the shoe box”

“Simply brilliant. Amazing shoes and bag dyed to the exact colour I wanted. Friendly and very helpful staff. Replied quickly to my emails and sorted issue with a second order. No complaints. Would highly recommend.”

“Bought my shoes for my wedding on 1st November and wore them from 1pm till midnight . So comfortable and very stylish. It was a wet day and being satin they had a few grass stains , mud and even a couple of red wine splashes . After contacting very helpful customer services I sent my shoes to be dyed navy blue . They arrived today only 1 week after posting and they look amazing . Wonderful shoes and exceptional service .”

“Ordered shoes on next day delivery, expected them to be delivered on the Friday. Nothing. No email, no contact, so I rang them to be told the ‘system was down’ and they would sort it Monday when actually my wedding was the Sunday. Now I’ve later found out the systems went down on Wednesday, the day I ordered my shoes yet they didn’t contact me or anything so that I could try and find alternative shoes for my wedding!”

“I bought 'Adrianna' shoes for my wedding in June and my step-daughter children's with a small wedge. My shoes were absolutely FANTASTIC! I wore them from 11am until midnight, I only wore my flip flops i had bought for the last hour of our reception. My shoes were so comfortable, I didn't 'break them in' as wanted them looking as new as possible for the photos. They didn't rub at all and the next day my feet didn't hurt either. The only down side is that this style can't be dyed. I would 100% recommend these shoes! Thank you 😊”
