“Bought the Wilma shoes. Ordering was quick and easy and they arrived in 2 days! (Ordered on a Friday and arrived on the Tuesday) Packaged really well and the shoes fit perfectly. I've never in my life worn such a comfortable pair of shoes! I've no doubts that I'll be comfortable in them right through to the evening and dancing the night away! They match my dress perfectly, I just ordered the ivory and the colour is a perfect match for my dress. I love the little blue diamante on the sole for 'something blue' very clever idea. I've already recommend Rainbow club to two of my friends who are due to get married and I'll continue to do so to anyone who will listen! I'll also be considering Rainbow Club for my next pair of party heels! Love, love, love!”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes one is an excellent fit and feels very comfortable the other pair are very tight, not sure why so will have to send them back and having to pay return postage is a downer.”

Hi Thank you for your review, we are glad you love one of the pairs but sorry you found the other one too small. We try to keep delivery (up to 4 items) free of charge in the UK but it does mean we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We do offer a low cost returns label via Collect+, you can find information on the returns form or on our website. “Ordered 3 pairs of shoes to try for size and style, all went back but I’m exchanging one pair for a bigger size. Rainbow shoes are absolutely gorgeous and so well made, however I would definitely recommend going up a full size as they are really small fitting. I was also disappointed that I had to pay £7 postage and almost £13 to return them...which has bumped the cost of the shoe up massively”

“Packaging I find quite cheap looking given the price of their shoes. The shoes are very good quality however. I need a larger size so I sent them back for an exchange and I am still waiting for this two weeks later. The customer service is quite poor.”

“Rainbow Club has been a great place to buy shoes for the bride and bridesmaids. The girls chose their preferred style(s) in a couple of sizes and they were dispatched the same day ready for a central trying on session. Everybody found something they were comfortable in. All but one style (which had an open toe) required the girls to go up a half size at least. Rainbow Club were efficient and helpful in communication by phone and email when placing the order and querying something and then in follow up with a problem with the order. A more minor quibble would be with Returns system that the box used for dispatch is larger in one dimension by 3cm to use Collect Plus returns necessitating additional boxes or an alternative carrier or PO to be used. We anticipate dying the shoes once the bridesmaid dress colour is finalised.”

“I received my vail in a beautiful box lined with tissue, the vail is of superior quality with a stunning satin edge that really sets it off. My shoes are of no less quality and are so comfy! I suffer with a trapped nerve in my toe, but on my wedding day I really wanted to look elegant, I didn’t think I’d get both elegance and comfort but I have and I’m thrilled. Class, style and quality all rolled into one beautiful retailer”

“The shoes are amazing. However, I had to make an exchange of size and there is no free return. Therefore, I had to pay additional £11 for post office. When the new shoe sizes delivered back to me, one of the pair was not the one I had initially ordered online. Overall, great shoes, not good customer service.”

We are sorry the exchange cost you so much, we offer free delivery on orders to the UK (under 4 items) and have a low cost returns label via Collect Plus which is £4.95 for up to 12 pairs - details of this is on the returns form and our website. “Fantastic customer service throughout. Speedy delivery too from the colouring of a pair of shoes and then the purchase of a bag a few weeks later: tip purchase directly from rainbow club ! Beth dyed my wife’s shoes and they were exactly what she wanted, believe me when I say I got lots of points for this surprise. We thought there may be a delay in processing the dyeing of the bag due to Christmas so we were pleasantly surprised to receive them so promptly, thank you to the team and Sarah who dyed them, we took note prior to sending out the bag that the colour way could be slightly different due to the bag having satin and lace material rather than just the Lace of the shoes. Highly recommend.”
