“Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were out of stock so I was disappointed and everything had gone up back to full price as I bought them on sale. However the sales representative was really helpful”

“I loved the shoe I ordered from rainbow. I was happy with the quality, comfort and style of the shoe. The fit came up smaller than expected and so I had to return a prior shoe size ordered. I was unsatisfied that return fees were no included like on other brands.”

“These are lovely shoes and not cheap for a days ( wedding day) wear. So I think the least that could be done is free returns . You request tracked and it’s cost £12 to return! . Hence, sadly I’ll be looking at buying elsewhere.”

“I have ordered two pairs of shoes from rainbow club, the first pair were delivered last week to the wrong address, thankfully the person who received my shoes brought them to me as they clearly had the correct address on the box! I have ordered a different size to see which fits best and I have not yet received an email confirming delivery I appreciate it was Saturday when I ordered them but thought I would have heard by now, the shoes however are beautiful I just hope my second pair arrive ok”

Hi Thank you for your comments. Our shoes are standard fitting length wise, however satin is such a stiff material it does not give as much as leather shoes, therefore if you have slightly wider feet we would advise going up half to a whole size as you have suggested. Hi Many thanks for your review. We offer our dyeing service for £25 per pair of shoes, and £15 for the handbag. This includes our expert colourists hand mixing and dyeing your shoes to your perfect colour, spray protecting them to colour fast the products, and the postage costs to and from our headquarters. “I had to order quite a few pairs of shoes as there are no suppliers locally with the full range. One pair of shoes had a mark on them. The others were all too tight, so I had to send them back. I am a size 6, so was slightly disappointed with the fit. I ordered mostly size 6.5. The cost to return the unwanted shoes has prevented me from trying to order any more. I don't want to get stung again if I have to return them again. Shame, as I did genuinely like the styles. I just don't have the money to take the risk. Rainbow Club have lost a sale here because of their lack of a free returns service.”

“Product is lovely and well packaged only fault is it was due between 9th and 11th august I contacted on 12th as they had not arrived they said they had been held up in warehouse and they would look into it so they arrived today on 15th august so I waited 9days for parcel that's my only fault”

“Love the idea of being able to dye shoes, but had to order the same size three times to get a proper fit, as each pair were a different fit. Also if you order these from one of the high street shops rather than direct you don't pay for return post as you do with orders direct form rainbow., which can be costly when you return various items. Hope they don't shrink when dyed.”

“The shoes were sadly too small. Was pleased with free postage however but wasn't particularly happy with having to pay to return the item. Free delivery should mean free returns. Was going to order some more but not planning to now as will have to potentially pay to return them again!”
