“I like the products. However, the information on the website is often incorrect, e.g. shoes are shown to be wide fit but upon enquiry it became clear that they aren't wide fit. The search criteria on the website don't work either, e.g. when choosing to search for flat shoes only, half the search results have a high heel. Overall good products and swift delivery though.”

“Received initial order confirmation e mail which stated that I would receive an e mail with courier details once my order was dispatched however this didn't happen and I was left wondering if my order had been dispatched or not until I got home yesterday and they were there!”

“I received my shoes yesterday after them being dyed to match my bag. I think it would be better not to run the return delivery right up to the date required, if there are problems there is no time to do anything to rectify them. Also I was disappointed that no effort had been made to remove the scuff mark on the toe of one shoe before they were dyed. I did think of doing this myself before sending them to you but thought that you would have professional cleaning material to do this. Otherwise your service is satisfactory.”

“My daughter fell in love with the Hayley glitter pumps which fitted very well but we ordered them because your website shows them as a dye able style- in reality this is not the case as only the trim and bow can be dyed.... So I have to say your website is misleading and should be changed to explain this.... I now have one very disappointed daughter - the alternative Carmel pump does not fit her.”
