I would have rated it "Very Good" if I only took into consideration the part where I dealt with Rainbow. But the delivery part with UK Mail was so bad that I rate it "Very Poor". I received a text from UK Mail on Tue 28 June advising me that my parcel would be arriving between 12.23 and 13.23. I made special arrangements to be in all day and in particular during that specific period, but my parcel never came. When I contacted UK Mail a first time they told me they would contact the driver and get back to me. They never did. When I contacted them a second time they told me that they didn't know when my parcel was going to be delivered, if it was going to be delivered that day, didn't allow me to escalate my request of information to a "manager", and then told me that if my parcel was not delivered on that day, IT WOULD NOT BE TREATED AS A PRIORITY to be delivered on the next day and it would just be put once again on the van in an order which was most convenient to UK Mail and I could run again the risk that they would not get to deliver my parcel before close of business if again the roads were very busy?!?!?!? Again, I was refused the right to speak to a manager at UK Mail. I was left very stressed since I was not sure I would receive the shoes in time for the event I was attending and started looking into alternatives; lots of time, patience and money wasted. What I find most infuriating, is that I had paid Rainbow £7.99 to have my parcel delivered. Any price for such a poor service is too expensive, but £7.99 his highway robbery!

My delivery was left outside in torrential rain. The shoes were protected in plastic wrapping however one of the shoes is bent. Poor quality.

BEWARE LADIES The 4 pair of Rainbow shoes that I ordered for wide feet did not fit. When I finally found a pair of shoes that were comfortable and sent them off to Rainbow to be dyed, had a phone call a week later to inform me that they do not dye other makes. Managed to get Rainbow to send them to another company that dyes shoes (which is going to cost me twice as much as gain) they did not put the color swatch in the box, nor my name or my address. Upon ringing Rainbow for some help in resolving the problem all I get is "we are sorry but we have lost the swatch and the lady that dealt with your order has gone abroad on holiday, we can send you a similar colored swatch to help out!!!!!!!!!!!!" We would have refunded you the purchase price but as you didn't buy directly from us so we can't. I now have three weeks (and an ulcer) to sort this mess out

My order should've been here on Thursday. I am still waiting on my wedding shoes so I can't actually tell you anything about them.

Rainbow club tells me I have recieved my parcel, and I haven't. I've contacted them and they haven't replied. As you might imagine, I'm unimpressed

Hi Louise Thank you for your message. We are usually very quick at replying to our emails and I cannot see an email from you so apologies that you have not had a reply, it looks as though we did not receive it. I have tracked your parcel and can see it was delivered on the 11th February. It looks as though the courier DPD emailed and text you to say they have left it with a neighbour as it was signed for by no.8 so you should find your parcel here. Apologies for the trouble with your delivery, if you have any problems please let me know and I can contact DPD for you. Kind regards Julia

Hi Julie Thank you for your comments. I have checked your order and can see we received delivery of your shoes on Friday, our system took a couple of days to update the stock so apologies for the slight delay. Your shoes will be leaving us today so you will receive them tomorrow, we will email you later today with your tracking information. We do quote 2 to 7 working days for delivery so we are well within this time period but apologies for the slight delay. I hope this helps, any queries please let me know. Kind Regards Julia

I am still awaiting the shoes - they should have arrived by last weekend but still nothing........... Do you know where they are. I'd be grateful if somebody could look into it please. Very annoyed and disappointed !!
