“I have just received my beautiful Brianna shoes, ready for my wedding next month. As an older bride no longer able to wear stilettos it was a refreshing surprise to find such a fantastic range of options in lovely lower heels, in gorgeous styles and a range of decorative finishes, plus the added bonus of being able to dye them afterwards so that they aren't just used on one day. Thank you Rainbow Club, I won't hesitate to recommend you. Wanted to upload photos of these beautiful shoes to my review, but the page just won't load the photos.”

“I found the perfect shoes and bag to go with my Mother Of The Bride outfit, and realised I had to have them dyed the correct shade. I was able to order and pay over the phone and used the Gold express service, as it was quite close to the wedding. Chloe, the customer service advisor, was amazing and processed my order very quickly and efficiently. The shoes and bag arrived a few days later and are absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this company - the quality of the products, customer service and delivery are second to none! Thank you so much - I am delighted with everything!”

“Customer service was amazing! They sent out the wrong shoe to me, but when I brought it to their attention they couldn't have been nicer! They sent me a returns label and I sent it back and they sent out the correct shoe with express delivery. The shoes are very comfortable and easy to walk around with. I'd highly recommend Rainbow Club - great value for your money!”

“Customer service was amazing. They contacted me to confirm the colour I would like my shoes and clutch bag to be dyed. I recieved an email to say that they had received my items plus my dress that I wanted the shoes/ bag to match. Then I received an email when my items had been dispatched. It would have been next day delivery but there was a weekend in between. Cannot fault this service. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered the Gisele shoes for my son's wedding. I was worried about the fit as I recently had foot surgery and wanted shoes which are a comfortable. They arrived today in Ivory and are PERFECT !! They are beautifully made, very smart and as importantly are very comfortable. I'm absolutely delighted. Highly recommend.”

“I was recommended rainbow club shoes by my sister who wore them to her wedding. I have not wore heels for a while and wanted to ensure I was comfortable throughout the day but still felt amazing. It wasn't difficult for me to find a lovely pair. I was disappointed when they arrived as they were too big and there was no smaller sizes so i very sadly had to return. I brought a pair of shoes from another well know company, on trying these on ... they were no where near as comfortable and cushioned. My heart was then dead set on getting a pair of rainbow club shoes! I found an alternative pair, which I actually prefer to the first one I brought. Very comfortable and incredibly happy with them. I can't wait to wear them for our wedding!”

“I have just received my Jara shoes and matching handbag which I had dyed to the colour of my outfit for my daughter's wedding. I am so delighted as the match is totally perfect! It's as if the materiel of the dress has been placed onto the shoes and bag. The sparkles on both have picked up the deep pink colour as well. I have the honour of giving my daughter away so my accessories have to be as perfect as my outfit. Many thanks as well to Chloe who was so helpful and very patient in answering all my questions. I will be recommending you to my friends without hesitation. Thank you again”

“I tried on the rainbow shoes in John Lewis they felt comfortable and were a good price but choose to order directly on line. I found the only customer service to helpful on Instagram - however was disappointed at their marketing sale advertising a further discount the day after Black Friday on shoes and also to find that John Lewis had their prices wrong. The shoes arrived promptly and I look forward to having them on my wedding day.”

“Can't highly recommend this company enough. The customer service throughout is five star. Yodel managed to loose my return parcel containing my colour swatch for shoes and a handbag for my daughters wedding. Fortunately l had a very small piece of material left. Chloe in customer services sorted everything as l really was in a bit of a panic. She arranged for two colour swatches to be sent to me, the first one was damaged in the post! And hey presto a week later my shoes and bag arrived, they are a perfect match, thank you”

“I am awaiting my shoes and handbag to arrive since having them dyed, so I can't comment on that but I felt that I had to leave a review simply on the service I have received so far. Right from ordering through to awaiting my parcel, I have been so impressed. The pack you get explains everything you need to do and is really clear. I thought it might be complicated but the pack couldn't be clearer. It asks you to provide a swatch so they can get the colour as close as possible for you and even asks when you need them by so they can try and accommodate that for you. I had an issue where I took my delivery to the post office instead of Collect+ and after getting in contact, Rainbow Club rectified the situation, and I came away happy. Thoroughly impressed and if you're thinking of using this company, go for it! :)”

“I haven’t got married yet but, so far I’m in love with my wedding shoes. Love the detail of the little blue gem stone. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that I paid extra for an express delivery which should be 1-2 working days (I was going abroad and really needed it to arrive within 2 working days) and it arrived after 3 days. Costumer services were supportive but didn’t offer me any compensation, if I no longer needed the shoes I could just send them back. We ended up waiting for the package and it was worth it because I love them.”

“So impressed with my Brianna shoes. I visited the Exeter location to have them dyed dusky pink to match my jacket and I met Sue who organised the paperwork and Mary who dyed the shoes. Both ladies were so helpful and informative. I picked the shoes up today and am so impressed. Would highly recommend this process. Can’t wait to wear them as mother of the bride next year! Thank you Sue & Mary & Rainbow Shoes.”
