“After some deliberation and trying to manage without files caused by an external disk "freeze" on me I contacted R3 regarding recovery. Their pick and delivery was very prompt and they recovered all the data/information that I thought was lost. The data they recovered took longer than expected to load on to a disk but all was well and I can honestly say that (although I would have liked to avoid the cost) the job was well done and I was fully satisfied. Although I hope I will not have to use them again I have confidence in R3 and would not hesitate in using them again. Well done and thank you. AMM June 2015”

Hi Alan Yes the price we quote is the price we should be able to doa recovery for providing there has been no significant damage to the platters. In your case it was a degraded drive with bad sectors and the budget service of £239+vat at that time included a 1tb portable drive and the collection and return. “My daughters memory stick broke with a year of college work on it, we had been to numerous shops and they could not fix it, our last option was R3 Data recovery, withing 24 hours they had got all her college work onto a software and sent it via email where she could see what they had recovered with a video of how to do this, Andy and the team was brilliant, service with a smile, my daughter can now continue to go onto college next year and finish her Level 3 heath and social care happy”

Those particular Sandisk 32GB sticks can be problematic, but as was the case here our data recovery engineers were able to read the memory chips and recover the 10GB of data which was previously thought unrecoverable.
