“If I could, I would give 0 stars. First they lost my parcel, second they sent wrong item, and third, after 5 days, they sent me a 7m cable instead of 15m! Unbelievable, avoid this store if you dont want problems. They have refunded me but made me lose lots of money having an electrician without much to do waiting for materials.”

“I will just avoid you because the experiance has been terrible - you lied from the get go through your site, then the staff, and ultimatley printed lies against my review on google. very poor . but you can look forwards to discover more reviews as soon as i get chance to write them.”

As stated in the reply to the Google review, we apologised for the late delivery (stock delivery was delayed, which we only found out on the Monday morning), and you proceeded to use foul language towards one of our staff members on the phone. Also, as stated in the review on Google, companies/businesses should go out of their way to avoid dealing with this customer as you may end up receiving the same treatment our staff did when things don't go EXACTLY as planned!

“I ordered 3 short lengths of SWA for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I became concerned after the COB had passed the day of order and all I had received was a Order Received email, not confirmed, not shipped. I then attempted to contact Quickbit by email and multiple phone calls with no success. It was only when I sent an email titled Order Cancelled they suddenly replied with the excuse my email had gone to SPAM (how come they received my cancellation email?) Another problem is they use a poor performance low price courier DX Freight Ltd, good luck with them they are No DPD!”

“I made an order of just over £120 and the delivery never turned up. I was promised it for 4 consecutive days, then apparently it was left when I was not home. They will not refund me as they are saying I told them to leave it which I didn't. Stear well clear if I was you!”

“Ordered at 10am on 29th March , parcel never arrived by 2pm next day so called, was advised I'd get a call back , no call back. Called back on 1st April and was told it was not dispatched and promised a delivery refund, parcel It came on 2nd April but still no refund notification. on on 6th April called back again and was told there are no notes but would issue a refund today.. you promised next day delivery but failed, promised a call back but failed, promised a delivery refund but failed and I had to call 3 times for 3 meters of cable!@ Dilion is the chap that didn't call back or issue my initial refund and chap I spoke with today also tried arguing the toss on when I pllaced my order saying it was after 2pm on 29th and as u can see from PayPal receipt was actually at 10am on 29th .. really poor experience”

“Delivery was 2 days late and was clearly forgotten about initially as proven from the collection/delivery note. Only reason I got it two days late was I rang up to chase. It was only then that it was sent out. Very poor and to then be told "oh yes you should have had it yesterday will be with you today" to then come the day after that just shows that (a) it was missed and (b) couldn't even be honest with me. Not only puts my job back two days but now effects next weeks schedule.”

“Website and prices seemed great until service let them down. Order placed on a Monday night, with a note to say if ordered materials could not be delivered by Wednesday evening at the lasted then please decline my order as need for a Thursday job. Parts didn't arrive on Wednesday so I had to pay for more parts from a local supplier at an increased cost to fulfil job. Then when I requested a refund from Quick bit, still have not heard back. I understand that deliveries are slow due to Covid but I did state on the order that I need by Wednesday night or please decline the sale, when it says order by 2pm for same day dispatch it really should of been dispatched on the Tuesday really. Very poor service”
