Ordered cable online spent a week trying to get my order delivered, repeatedly told it would be with me the next day but the order never arrived. Ended up cancelling my order and had a refund

IRRITATING! The order process and product was fine however the delivery was a HASSLE - signed for necessitation is not necessary! Had to call up the courier, arrange rebook, no time for this hassle Rgds D

Appalling service. Quickbit state they offer same day despatch and express delivery if orders are placed before 2pm; I ordered 35m of armoured cable at 9:10am on a Thursday so fully expected delivery on the Friday or the Saturday at latest. No sign of an order confirmation or delivery by lunchtime the next day so I telephoned them at 2:10pm to find out what was happening and the operative gave me a bare faced lie about the "tracking showing it should be out for delivery but might still be in the depot". In truth the courier (DX) didn't have the parcel or indeed any knowledge of the parcel as it hadn't even been shipped! At 2:17pm I *suddenly* get an order confirmation and notification that "a shipping label has been created", and that "delivery is expected on TUESDAY". If you can't meet a shipping target fine, but don't lie about it. If you'd told me the truth on the Friday afternoon I'd have cancelled the order. The cable was needed for a job over the long weekend, we had trade and machinery on site so I ended up buying a duplicate roll of armoured from TLC in order to get it done. Huge self build going on here and all future materials will be coming from TLC.

ordered single phase armoured cable found out after burying stripped the end only to find out it was 3 phase. easy to rectify have to sleeve for correct colour, but paid more for single phase.

I’m sure quick delivery and good price is important for most - but I actually want to receive what purports to be the goods they are selling me. Hiding behind their ‘Terms & Conditions’ by continuing to use photographs of goods that are clearly not what you receive, is immoral I would suggest. Good luck to those of you who purchase, but I certainly won’t be back.

Kable są ok, ale dla mnie liczy się wszystko, od zamówienia do dostarczenia. Na dostarczenie kabli czekałem 11 dni. To dyskwalifikuje całkowiecie tą firmę. Nigdy więcej tu zakupów i każdemu odradzę. Straciłem czas i pieniądze, a miałem zaoszczędzić kupując na metry.

2 out of 4 items sent were the wrong items. This meant I had to go out locally and buy the items neede to complete job. NOT IMPRESSED.

Not received yet, DX are the worst couriers they reflect poorly on your business. Sitting waiting on delivery and they've just notified that they attempted delivery but no one in. I'm sitting here with the workshop doors fully open, they've not been here. Someone is s fibbing.

The goods failed to be delivered on two separate occasions (DX’s fault not Quickbits). I was promised the order had been cancelled and I would get a refund. Four days after being due the goods arrived. I’m still waiting for Quickbit to confirm refund and collection details.

Didn’t supply cable clips, bought and paid for but not delivered, had to purchase locally due to time pressures of job, not happy No attention to detail when putting order together!!!

This is not the tri colour 25mm black with grey inner isolated cable that is shown on your advertisement. This is not double isolated, it is single isolated tri colour black outside and grey inside (tri colour) The second order is the same as the first please can you send me what is advertised. I will call you to clarify
