“Quick service prompt delivery would use again”

“I have ordered armoured cable and gland kits from Quickbit and have found the service to be excellent, espceially Dylan on the cable and a few different sales staff that proactively followed up on an incorrect item. The delivery service has unfortunsately not been as good as I had hoped with a a few delays that caused a bit of stress with job deadlines. Overall, I would definately use Quickbit again.”

“Very helpful company had a few issues with the delivery company and the company were very quick to try and sort it out unfortunately dx who they use let them down very badly I would not use again simply because of the hassle of trying to deal with dx”

“This would have been a 5 Star, but the original order was wrong! However, when I phone to ask for a correction to my order I was met with a polite, helpful and professional member of staff. Not only was the correction made, as a next day delivery, but the incorrect item was not required back (I think the post would have been more than the item was worth)! Will I use them or recommend them? Without a thought, excellent Service!!”

“The item ( wire) was fine. It was dispatched the day they received the order ( a bit late for me, I needed it quickly and didn’t realise they closed down between Christmas and New Year - totally my fault) However, when my delivery failed to materialise - I had a time slot but tracking ceased to exist a couple of hours before it was due, I contacted Quickbit - not easy- and to this day have not had any form of contact or help from them, no information or apology. I finally received my order on the following Monday, again three days later than it should have been. The job took two weeks longer than necessary to complete as a result. Without the delays and better communication, it would’ve been 5 star review.”

“I ordered 4 items only 2 arrived as the other 2 were out of stock . After contacting them I was assured the remaining items would arrive the next day. They did around 8-30 am so all was well.”
