AVOID! Extremely poor service have been chasing an order for 16 days through ebay to finally receive what i ordered to be the completely wrong thing had to open case to try and get the right replacement sorted to which then they turned round to ebay saying I don't know what I'm trying to achieve?! Im a genuine buyer who's been wrongly sold goods and they're not even looking to even replace, disgusting service and very rude and now left with something I can't even use! I'd give them 0 stars if I could I don't care how your company replies your clearly in the wrong!

I made an order 4-5 days Ago and didn't receive a confirmation email. My delivery didn't come next day as described and I still do not have it. I am unable to track the item as I have not been sent details and I emailed yesterday to confirm they have received my order and no reply as of yet. Not good. Was hoping for a sooner delivery which is why I used Quickbit when comparing to other sites.

Kable są ok, ale dla mnie liczy się wszystko, od zamówienia do dostarczenia. Na dostarczenie kabli czekałem 11 dni. To dyskwalifikuje całkowiecie tą firmę. Nigdy więcej tu zakupów i każdemu odradzę. Straciłem czas i pieniądze, a miałem zaoszczędzić kupując na metry.

The product range is good, but I have only given 2 stars as the delivery service they use is appalling my order was split up into 2 parcels the second one took 2 weeks to arrive, they sent messages over several days saying your order is out for delivery today but it never showed up despite making sure someone being there all the time. In summary a poor SLOWBIT experience

2 out of 4 items sent were the wrong items. This meant I had to go out locally and buy the items neede to complete job. NOT IMPRESSED.

Didn’t supply cable clips, bought and paid for but not delivered, had to purchase locally due to time pressures of job, not happy No attention to detail when putting order together!!!

This is not the tri colour 25mm black with grey inner isolated cable that is shown on your advertisement. This is not double isolated, it is single isolated tri colour black outside and grey inside (tri colour) The second order is the same as the first please can you send me what is advertised. I will call you to clarify

If I could, I would give 0 stars. First they lost my parcel, second they sent wrong item, and third, after 5 days, they sent me a 7m cable instead of 15m! Unbelievable, avoid this store if you dont want problems. They have refunded me but made me lose lots of money having an electrician without much to do waiting for materials.

I will just avoid you because the experiance has been terrible - you lied from the get go through your site, then the staff, and ultimatley printed lies against my review on google. very poor . but you can look forwards to discover more reviews as soon as i get chance to write them.

As stated in the reply to the Google review, we apologised for the late delivery (stock delivery was delayed, which we only found out on the Monday morning), and you proceeded to use foul language towards one of our staff members on the phone. Also, as stated in the review on Google, companies/businesses should go out of their way to avoid dealing with this customer as you may end up receiving the same treatment our staff did when things don't go EXACTLY as planned!

I made an order of just over £120 and the delivery never turned up. I was promised it for 4 consecutive days, then apparently it was left when I was not home. They will not refund me as they are saying I told them to leave it which I didn't. Stear well clear if I was you!

I spoke to 2 people about the fact that wrong items were shipped. John committed to emailing a returns form and process to return the wrongly shipped items, this has not happened! The site showed the items as being in stock at time of order, but John informed me that they had delivery issues with Wiska and the items might not be in stock until maybe sometime in November. So why ship a different and smaller product and not say anything about it on the shipping list!

Ordered 120 non insulated cable lugs, of various sizes between 6mm2 and 10mm2. Photos at link below clearly shows closed end lugs for crimping: https://quickbit.co.uk/6mm-x-10mm-non-insulated-cable-lugs?search=cable%20lugs&page=2 All the lugs that have arrived have open ends for soldering. I need to use these in a marine environment and so open ends are not appropriate. The delivered product does not match the description, and is not fit for its intended purpose.

AVOID! Dodgy secondhand/damaged items passed off as new. Forget about customer service, more like customer ripoff. Not a reputable company, more like one man and his shed.

We apologise if our service was not satisfactory, however we can assure you and all of our customers that none of our items are 'second-hand'. The cable and accessories we dispatch are all brand new from our various suppliers and even if boxes/packaging is dirty during transit to us, items are always inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they are not damaged.

Must be one of the worst company's to do business with. Nobody picking up the phone on the 'many' occasions I tried, email communications only if they reply, no tracking number given until I asked for it, only to find it had been delivered to another address. It turns out the company does NOT look at the address you give them on your order, or the PayPal address it was paid with, but sents it to the any address with the same postcode given!! Totally unprofessional and non-customer focus. Never again
