I ordered 3 short lengths of SWA for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I became concerned after the COB had passed the day of order and all I had received was a Order Received email, not confirmed, not shipped. I then attempted to contact Quickbit by email and multiple phone calls with no success. It was only when I sent an email titled Order Cancelled they suddenly replied with the excuse my email had gone to SPAM (how come they received my cancellation email?) Another problem is they use a poor performance low price courier DX Freight Ltd, good luck with them they are No DPD!
