“I received my handbag 4 days after ordering. It was very well packaged and in pristine condition. The cross body bag is a lovely blush pink. Front pocket plus slip in compartment behind and also another slip in area at the rear of the bag. Nice long strap in leather. Zip up pocket inside. Can’t wait to use it. I love it”

Good morning, Thank you for your email. I am very sorry to hear that your bag has developed faults. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. Our products are built for durability but, regrettably, manufacturing errors occasionally do occur in some items leading to faults later on. When such faults arise within the 6 month warranty period we of course replace or refund products as quickly as possible. To return the item, please fill in the original returns form and indicate on it whether you would like a replacement or refund. The next step is to print a free returns label through Royal Mail - the instructions and link for doing this can be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1964 If you do not have access to a printer, a QR code will be provided within the body of the email that you receive after creating your label. The Post Office staff are able to scan the QR code and then print the label for you. In the meantime, do let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to help. Warm regards
