“Hi, my order was initially supplied as the wrong product. This clearly would normally attract a negative review, however, this was dealt with promptly and professionally which really impressed. Sometimes its not always possible to get it right, however, its always possible to do a great job of correcting the error. For this reason I will shop again and would recommend.”
