The bag I had ordered was out of stock, after placing my order, and the customer service team contacted me immediately with an apology, and credible alternatives - our dialogue continued until the early evening (7pm, 19/12/2014). I was given accurate dispatch information, and received the bag on the 22nd, and it was simply perfect - my husband was thrilled! A friend and I have ordered previously from this company, with all merchandise, and customer service being of superb quality.”

“I purchased a leather wallet and a leather messenger bag. This was the first time I had heard about the site, simply via Google. The delivery was good (Especially around Christmas time!) and the products were extremely well packaged, nothing was going to damage them! This was brilliant. The bag looked slightly different to the one pictured but only for the better. I was happy with the bag selection, and even happier when it arrived, it looked a lot more expensive (it certainly was not cheap!) such a fantastic product, well worth paying the extra for, nicely worn looking too. The wallet was wrapped in tissue paper, and had a cloth bag, inside a cardboard box too. Really nice again! So soft and the initials looked fantastic. I would have loved to get the bag initialled too but that sadly wasn’t an option for the one selected. All in all a really great company with fantastic products will be returning for any leather goods that I need! Thanks”
