“The website for Pure Luxuries was easy to use, incurred no postage costs and the bag arrived very early the next day. I was impressed by the speed of the service and the quality of the product. Sadly the bag was not exactly what my son had wanted and I had to return the product. This was made very easy however with a printed address label and postage pre paid. Pure Luxuries acknowledged receiving the bag and promptly repaid my purchase money. I was extremely pleased with the service , the product and the pleasant and polite emails sent to me informing me of progress with dispatch of the bag and return of the money paid.”

“My Natural Hide Leather Wallet arrived in blisteringly quick time which was great as I had travel plans. I was disappointed with the packaging though. The Wallet was inside a branded cloth bag which was placed in a padded envelope. Functional I suppose but it didn't have a quality feel about it initially. Once out of the bag things changed. The wallet was precisely the colour depicted on the web page from which it was ordered and the styling and features matched exactly. The leather is beautiful. Not overly thick but beautifully smooth and supple. The card holders are well proportioned, holding cards snugly. The double stitching is a quality feature which I'm hoping will stand the test of time. The popper is solid and well placed. I've managed to cram quite a few cards and lots of receipts into the wallet and it seems to be coping quite well under the pressure! There is one flaw in the wallet's design though. The I.D. Windowed sleeve is not big enough to display a UK drivers licence. When the I.D. Card is fully inserted, one third of the photo is obscured by the leather edge, which has resulted in card removal to display correctly. That aside, I am really happy with my purchase. I thought the Pure Luxuries web site was class leading in the way it displayed products.”
