“I ordered from Pure Luxuries and unfortunately the bag wasn't big enough for what I needed. I needed to contact them a few times to find out if I could order a bigger size and then arrange a refund, including loosing the order envelope with pre-paid postage sticker. Their customer service department responded to me each time within a very short space of time. They were extremely helpful, said I could have a refund and then also offered me a variety of other bags I may also like. They have made it such a good experience shopping with them that I'm keen to spend my money with them in future rather than a lot of alternative retailers. I would recommend them to anyone.”
