“While I find Pure Luxuries to be an excellent service my last order was not to the standard delivered by Royal Mail. Whilst checking delivery time I realised DPD were sending my order to the wrong address and finally managed to tell them so. Finally ended up I had to go to the wrong address to intercept driver to retrieve my parcel. he was delivering to the wrong address as he did not know where the correct address was!!! I have the delivery labels to confirm this.”

“I have bought several bags, a men's wash bag and my recent order contained a belt. All have been excellent and extremely well made. Delivery spot on! One comment I would like to make is the Pure Luxuries gold branding badge on my recent purchase which I think looks quite tacky and spoils the look of the bag which is otherwise a really nice style. I much prefer the Conka branding which is more subtle.”
