“I have purchased items from Pure Luxuries in the past and the quality of products and customer service is excellent. I had purchased a handbag for my partner and the zip broke after 2 months. I was offered a refund, replacement or I could try to get the zip repaired and the costs would be covered. I opted or a replacement which was completed very promptly. This service is to be commended as other retailers you would be kept waiting or have to fill out forms and even then they would probably be reluctant to exchange / replace the product.”
