Both products I purchased were of excellent quality at a fantastic price. Delivery was quick and the packaging was of a very good standard. The option to buy gift boxes and gifts bags is a nice touch and adds to the quality of the product. I am very happy with my purchases and will be visiting Pure Luxuries again in the future.

I would like to register a complaint about this store. I bought a belt and gloves through their website. The website wasnt clear about the measure of the belt. I couldnt know if the size informed was the total size of the belt, or the maximum size that it would fit. Knowing that my waist is about 97 cm, I bought the size XL ( up to "105cm" ). When it got home, I notice that the belt was too large for me and then I explained my confusion and asked them If I could exchange. They told me that they had measured on an other size of belt (up to 95cm) and they got to the conclusion that the size informed was the maximum size that the belt would fit. In their own word: "105cm should be the maximum size the XL belt can fit - I've just measured the M/L (95cm) belt, and 95cm measures from the base of the buckle to the furthest pre-punched hole". After reading that I applied exactly the same measuring on the belt that I got and the result was 110cm and not 105cm. I questioned them about it and sent them a picture with the measuring. Asking them to analize, I also told them that the tag on the belt was right (XL). The answer that I got was that if I got the wrong size of the belt I could return the belt. I was hopping that as they sent me a wrong size they would exchange the item, but when the item got back there, they changed the story and told that CK usually does belts larger then what is tagged and they wouldnt exchange my item. They refunded me the belt and the return costs, but refused to send me another belt. I am upset because on the email they told me one thing after I send the picture and then they changed their mind after I sent the product back to them giving me no choice to stay with the larger belt. Now If I want the belt I will have to pay for another shipping fee.

I was stuck as to what to buy my wife for Christmas, I don't know where the idea to buy a bag came from but I'm glad it did and over the moon that I came across this company, I have to say I was a little sceptical as to how good the products would be and foresaw myself returning it; but NO I am very very impressed with the quality and the service was brilliant, ordered it one day received it the day after. No grumbles from me, keep it up Pure Luxuries!

Always dubious about ordering from an online company I've never heard of before, especially when there is no phone number, but pleasantly surprised by service and goods. It took the full 3 days for my bag to arrived but I emailed them during this time and received prompt friendly replies explaining time frame etc. Very happy with my Conkca bag, especially as I got it for a bargain price. Everywhere else is still selling it at full RRP so saved around £80!!!! Normally an offer like this seems to be too good too be true but I haven't found a catch yet. So pleased in fact that I ordered matching purse which arrived within 2 days. The only thing that seems a little strange is company name says London when actually based in Lancs, but happy to accept this considering how happy I am with service, bag and purse.

I have been looking for a new purse for quite some time, and couldn't find a suitable one. I came across this site and ordered 3 purses. They were all very nice and I did pick one which I am now using. The orders came extremely quickly, free delivery and return which was very very good. Highly recommend this site.

if I hadn't bought the bag for a birthday present and not had time to purchase something else I would have returned it. The leather is of poor quality and I was disapointed to find that the buckle and stitching were decorative only and that the flap was, in fact, held closed with a magnet. I feel the bag is nowhere near worth the £56 I paid for it. The service was, however, prompt but I definitely could not recommend the bag as I feel it to be poor value for money.
