“The customer service was very good and quick response when I had an issue, was resolved quickly. Only reason I did not give 5 stars as I thought the quality of the product was poor for the cost. I did not use the product long before returning to another source, to get the similar product at a far better quality and cheaper price.”

“Excellent service re order and delivery . I was a little disappointed with the quality of the purse leather (Conka) brand,but the bag leather was fantastic. I did like the style of the purse so decided to keep it . I could have sent it back but too busy right now to be bothered. I would not buy Conka brand again though for that reason. Personal choice really but I like quality leather goods. I will probably buy again from Pure Luxuries though.”
