“As a new customer to Pure Luxuries London, I was very impressed with the entire service - from the detailed descriptions of items for sale to the straightforward ordering procedure and quick, efficient dispatch of goods. Unfortunately, I returned the Rowallan Scotland bag I had ordered because I was disappointed with the quality of the product. However, the return process was free and, again, straightforward and Pure Luxuries contacted me via email to confirm they had received the bag within 48 hours of me returning it. So, as far as Pure Luxuries London is concerned, a very professional service!”
