“I ordered a gents wallet, unfortunately upon receipt it was discovered that you could NOT put £20 notes into it as the wallet would not close. This was a shame as it seemed like a decent product. I am a little bemused as to why it was being sold as a wallet, however. The Wallet is now on its way back for a refund and I am hoping their returns service will be professional and efficient.”

Wallets are sometimes designed with a smaller size to reduce pocket bulk and slim the design, and as such not all wallets will be able to accommodate all note sizes. We do endeavour to provide as much information as possible in order to assist in your selection, including a full description of what the wallet can hold and a list of all the features on the product page, as well as the wallet's dimensions. If you'd like to return the wallet to us at no cost to yourself using the pre-paid returns label and obtaining a free proof of postage, we'll be happy to replace the wallet for a different design upon receipt and inspection.
