“Ordered 3 items. Despatch was same day and delivery was quick. Tracking and delivery updates were great (1 hour delivery slot specified). Returned 2 of the items and requested a refund. Refund was credited to my PayPal account with hours of the returned items being delivered to the sender. All with free shipping and free returns. Fantastic service. Definitely recommended.”

“I ordered two products from the Conkca range-a purse and a cross body bag. Both were of superb quality. I have kept the bag and unfortunately had to return the purse only for the fact that it would not accommodate everything that i hold in the purse that i have had for the past 20 years!!! If it had of done i would definitely of kept it. The packaging of the products was excellent and the promptness of delivery first class-literally!! The website is also very userfriendly and informative of the products. The service from PureLuxuries is faultless and i would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again.”
