I had to return my order as it was not suitable and the refund was dealt with as efficiently as the order. I reordered and the whole process was repeated. The only problem I had was with Yodel - the courier- and I informed Pure Luxuries of this. The products are of a very high standard.”

I was kept informed by e-mail regularly regarding delivery and my parcel arrived very quickly, well wrapped and protected and the actual product that I purchased was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper within a lovely box tied with ribbon. It looked so pretty I don't need to re wrap it for Christmas, I just need to pop it into a gift bag, so thank you very much for a great service.”

“Its a nightmare when you yourself mess up an order. I was panicking that messages weren't getting through. I finally got to speak to someone and their demeanor was very reassuring. 2days later the beautiful wallet I'd chosen for my boyfriend for Christmas arrived! With stamped initials. I had constant contact with them throughout, letting me know my order was ammemded, picked and then shipped. Sometimes. Reassurance is king in delivering a product.
