“The products purchased did not disappoint. The quality of the leather was better then expected and all at a reasonable price. I am definitely recommending this site to my friends. U.S. customers should be advised that FedEx will collect duty tax on the items purchased. For my purchase of $250 it was a little over $18 in duty tax but you do get the VAT back from Pure Luxuries upon request.”

“Beautiful bag, excellent quality, delivered quickly. Cannot fault the service from ordering to delivery. My only problem, and this is not the fault of pure luxuries, is that the bag I liked the best wasn't made slightly bigger. But it is still an excellent quality product.”

“Pure Luxuries had an extensive range of bags - all good quality - and it was easy to use their website. Their service was very smooth and prompt. Interestingly, almost immediately after the bag was delivered, I was on my e-mails and an advertisement popped up showing the same bag, available from elsewhere, but at a much lower price. I did feel a bit miffed, but Pure Luxuries refunded me the difference - I was very grateful and will certainly use them again. They are a company you feel you can trust.”
