“My Dad had already chose Pure Cremation to do his funeral before he passed away as he wanted a no fuss send off so I had to respect his wishes. Everything went smoothly with no problems what so ever I carnt thank pure cremation enough for their support in dealing with this matter at such a sad time , they took all the pressure off the family when they a grieving . I will myself be choosing this option as I also want a no fuss and cost effective send off . The family would like to thank you all for dealing with Dads cremation with dignity we are all very grateful .”

“Great and respectful service. The team were always helpful when I rang in with questions. I would recommend this service. My only reason for a 4* rating is I would have like to be kept a little more update. I found I was the one ringing in, in the beginning. Apart from this minor criticism Pure Cremation was great. We agree that it would be good to increase our contact with the bereaved, particularly in those first few days after being instructed. Our dedicated people are very good at progressing the arrangements within the promised timescales, and we are recruiting more of them to offer more frequent contact with the bereaved for their support and reassurance, even as the number of families turning to us continues to grow. “From the first phone call we had with pure cremation they were caring and really had our interests at heart,they cared for my brother with the decentsy that he deserved I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to any one who is considering a small funeral Thank you once again Jane moffitt”

“Everything went like clockwork from start to finish . Very polite staff . Our relatives ashes were delivered to us on time and with empathy. However I do feel that there was a lack of communication on the time line of the cremation procedure . I had to ring yourselves to confirm cremation date and delivery of ashes date . Also beautiful box but no explanation of what the pressed tablet is on the box . Is it part of the ashes ?”

Dear Pamela, thank you for your comments. While I can see that a provisional date was given during the initial call and confirmed two working days beforehand, in line with our usual management of each person's arrangements, we are looking at how to increase our contact with the bereaved to reassure and support them further. We are delighted that you like the biodegradable urn that we use, which should have been delivered with a Thank You card that explains that the ceramic disc. This disc bears your loved one's unique cremation number and has accompanied them through the cremation process as an extra, tangible confirmation of identity in addition to our excellent systems. “I chosen pure cremations ltd as it was my father's wishes for a no funeral services to be done and was not my wishes . But seemed like the perfect way he would of like to have gone . As my father's death was unexpected..I contacted pure cremations and everything was done in a very professional way , and very understanding from start to finish ...I highly recommend this company if this is your loved ones wishes .....thankyou pure cremations...”

“When mum died, my brother and myself decided to go ahead with pure cremation. Mum was picked up from the funeral directors 2 days later, we had a lovely phone call to say mum was in there safe hands. Everything was taken out of our hands so no upsetting church services and watching mum disappear through a curtain. ( The worst bit) . Mum was safely delivered back to my brothers house in Essex on Friday . Mum will be interned with my dad sometime in the new year. It’s nice to know mums home safe and sound and will soon be reunited with dad. Thankyou to everyone at Pure Cremation. We have all decided we will all be cremated with you .”

“Excellent service. We were informed at every step of the what was going on. Staff were sensitive and kind every time we spoke. They made the process simple and stress free at this difficult time. Special mention to the man who dropped my father's ashes back home. My mum was at home on her own (her choice) he was most concerned and offered to stay until she had someone there. He was amazing and very sensitive to the situation. One slightly criticism, the only time we had to call, as I said they kept us informed before we had to call, we had to wait a very long time for the phone to be answered. Thank you for making what is a hard time for the family, simple and easy to deal with, taking the stress and hassle out of that side of the situation.”
