“At the hard part of life the last thing you want to do is start quickly arranging a funeral, your service made the process very easy with no hassle. We are now arranging for a nice relaxed family gathering, at our leisure, to spread his ashes. Very happy with your service.”

“I was really unsure of keeping my husbands last wish for no funeral, as he hadn’t mentioned it to his children, but when I phoned up pure cremation, I spoke to a really lovely lady, who put all my fears into insignificance. I had looked at the website and was happy with it, so I asked the children ( all adults ) to look at it too, we decided that what was most important was to give my husband what he wanted. So went ahead and booked it, I was really surprised at how every step of the way we were informed on what was happening. Although it was very upsetting when my husband’s ashes were returned back home, it was done with great dignity and respect, the driver even asked if was alone, as I was understandably upset, which he needn’t of done. I was very impressed so much so that I’ve told the children when I go that’s who I want to cremate me”

“Caring attention to detail from Emily Rees made a difficult time as easy and comfortable as it could be. It is concerning when everything is handled remotely but I was kept informed along the way and really felt that my dear cousin was in good hands.”

“From start mum and dad were looked after. When dad passed away it was a simple phone call. Ian and John at the Scotland office were only a call away and more than willing to help with any enquiries. We were kept updated every step of the way and can not thank them enough for that. The gentleman who took dad's ashes home was very professional and handled a very difficult time for mum with care and support.”

“Excellent service I couldn’t praise John & Ian highly enough. From start to finish they looked after everything even hand delivered Ashes to my brothers house by hand. Plus this was what my father want and £1400 cheaper than any quote I got”

“I cannot thank Pure cremation enough for all their support on the recent cremation of my husband. I had regular phone calls telling me what was happening when his body was collected from the hospital. I was kept informed as to when the cremation would take place and they phoned the following day to see how I was. Following on from that a very nice gentleman called Steven phoned to say when he could deliver the ashes if it was convenient and came that day. Both my husband and I opted for Pure cremation and I cannot fault them.”

“The service was excellent and took all the worry out of a very distressing and difficult time for us. We had not pre-arranged as my husband had said that was what he wanted but then became too ill to discuss it further. Everyone I spoke at Pure Cremations were so helpful and talked me through the whole process at a time when I could hardly think straight . They even collected my husband's possessions from the hospital to save me that trauma. The gentleman who brought the ashes back to me was so pleasant and thoughtful. An excellent service that I would recommend.”

“I am so proud to have been able to use this service, I thought that the level of care and communication were second to none. I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way, from when my husband would be collected from the hospital in which he died, what day the cremation would be done and even gave me a date and time that my husbands ashes would be returned to me which was 9 am. and true to their word he was back with me at 9am that morning. I have been recommending this service to everyone I speak to about it. My brother is going to use Pure Cremation, my friend and her mother have already arranged theirs, my other friend and her husband are now discussing it, also a friend of my husbands has also chosen Pure Cremation The same week that my husband died, my sister also died, my brother and nephew made those arrangements, and it was such a stressful time particularly for my nephew, I found that my experience was less stressful at an already distressing time, I cannot praise them highly enough.
