“On the whole yes they did a very good job our family was satisfied with the contact we had with the very friendly staff The only part which did upset me is the fact wherever you live in the country your loved ones are taken to Andover for cremation I did believe they would be handled locally on reflection Pure cremation did not at any time tell me any different.”

“Pure Cremation were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish following the passing of my mother. They were extremely helpful in explaining the procedural side of things, were compassionate and efficient throughout, making this difficult time bearable for me. I would like to thank Laura in particular, and her colleagues down to, and including the gentleman who acted kindly when returning mums ashes to me.”

“From start to finish I was dealt with compassion and professionalism. I was not sure that this was what I wanted for my father, but this is what he wanted. The pressure that it took off myself and children was unimaginable as there were no other family. We are now able to do our own memorial with my dads ashes and celebrate him in our own way.”

“My Dad chose Pure Cremation as a selfless way to say his goodbye, he would have hated the thought of us left behind coping with arranging a funeral. Pure Cremation was perfect for him as he hated any kind of fuss. We are having just a small family gathering in his back garden to say our goodbyes in a way he would really appreciate. I want to thank all the team at Pure Cremation for all their kindness at this sad time, nothing was too much trouble for them. I myself took out a plan with them 2 years ago to save my family all the stress of planning a funeral. Top company with a Top Team 👌”

“We used pure Cremation for both my mother and father in law who died within a month of each other. Pure Cremation dealt with their cremation's with great respect and kept us informed at every stage. Highly recommended.”

“This process was made very simple at the most difficult time. In our experience everything explained clearly and we were offered great advice and help moving forward with the greatest respect and courtesy. We felt they were with us every step of the way keeping us updated on a regular basis step by step. I cannot recommend the service they provide more highly”

“The whole process of my son's passing was done with dignity and compassion including the delivery of his ashes. My only regret was that the cremation was many miles from his or my home”

“I found Pure Cremation, very helpful, professional, sympathetic, and caring in all my dealings with them. Also if they said they were going to ring me they did, I would highly recommend them. I will be arranging my own funeral with them in the next few days.”

“Just a huge thank you to everyone involved. I live in France, my friend died in Cornwall and there were possible problems re picking up the ashes etc. However, the team at Pure Cremation made it so much easier, albeit a sad time, and their commitment and communication throughout has been brilliant.
