“From the very first call to when my mums ashes were returned, I can’t fault prue cremation in anyway I like that I was kept fully up to date with my mums journey. They took a lot of stress away at such a difficult time. I can’t thank them enough”

“Pure cremation were brilliant in every aspect of the funeral,they were kind and considerant! We had been married for 63. Years.we had chosen pure cremation together and were not disappointed.i have booked my plan already many thanks to all involved regards Bernie”

“My husband passed on 19 th of august he always said he did not want any fuss so decided on a pure cremation which was his wish. From contacting pure cremation I was treat with dignity and respect and informed of anything I needed to be told in a professional manner. From him dying to me having his ashes returned it took 5 weeks everyone was really kind however I have decided to change the casket he was returned in as I wanted to make it more personal but this was my choice and has no reflection on the team at pure cremation. I thank you all for taking care of my beautiful husband. 💔”

“I can't praise them enough, sadly my mum never got round to setting the plan up before her passing so it all fell to me while I was quite broken, I made the first call at 8 at night and they showed more care than some of my own family did, thanks to the hospital my mum went walkabout the day they where meant to pick her up (dispite the NHS knowing pure was coming to get her) pure sorted the mess the hospital had made for me and kept me informed the whole way, I don't lightly give out 5 stars but they sure earned it.”

“Very impressed with the professionalism of PC. The only slight issue I had was that I was informed my Mum’s ashes would be delivered within a one hour window, I made arrangements to be home for that time. Unfortunately they were delivered 40 minutes early and my Husband had to deal with it.”

“Chose Pure Cremation for my 92 year old father who had no specific wishes other than to be cremated. The experience was seamless, from the first point of contact to the return of the ashes - polite, empathetic at all stages. My father died in the UK, but was away from his home address, so a service at an unknown crematorium would have been a joyless affair - instead, PC has given us the opportunity to organise a family gathering in our own time to remember and say goodbye to dad. Most impressed - thank you.”
