“It has taken me a long time to be able to write a review. I can only say that they were incredibly understanding. Nothing was too much trouble especially for Kingsley. I asked him lots if questions and sent certain items that I wanted with my husband. I even asked him to change the colour if the pillowcase. We attended a simple service and was given as much time as we wanted. All the staff there were very considerate as well. My daughter was asked if we would like a video of the cremation and if so was there any particular song that we would like played. I sent the urn for my husbands ashes to go into and they returned them. The people that returned my husbands ashes wore dark suits and were also very respectful. I would definitely recommend them.”

“There were extremely symapthetic. They carried out everything with efficiency, keeping me informed throughout. The same person spoke to me everytime. but obviously, someone else returned the ashes.”

“Very upset today- my mum passed away this morning in hospital. I rang Pure Cremation to inform them that although I don’t have the paperwork at the moment their letter states “in the event that …… passes away, please call us quoting the plan number , as soon as possible “. My call was answered by a very abrupt call handler who just said that unless I had 25/30 minutes to answer questions/do paperwork, then call back. I was not asked for the plan number etc and I thought I was doing the correct thing in making early contact. What hurt most of all was the way I was spoken to. No sincerity whatsoever. Dreading having to make a subsequent call to this firm.”

“From the initial phone to Pure Cremations to inform them that my mother in law had passed away they conducted themselves in a most professional manner, from explaining the next steps to the return of the ashes. The collection of the body and the return of the ashes were dealt with discreetly, with sympathy and respect. An excellant service at every stage of the process”

“My mother passed away at the start of February and had organised a plan with Pure Cremation. From the first phone call through to my mothers ashes being returned I was kept informed at every stage, the people I spoke to were all extremely respectful and helpful. It made the whole process very easy and took all the worry of a funeral etc off of me to allow me to concentrate on my father and my grief.”

“Pure cremation was perfect for what my mum wanted for us all. She had lost my dad a few years previously and didn't want the same stress for us as what she had to endure doing my dad's. From the moment she passed pure cremation was on hand every step of the way even how dignified they were when she was collected them. We then had several phone calls explaining what the next steps was and if we wanted to know the dates of her cremation and the returning of her ashes. Fabulous service from Pure Cremation and just as my mum wanted.”
