“All staff were professional and at such a difficult time ensured everything was taken care of. Their compassion and patience was evident from the start and continued until the final journey, with the Ashes being returned by a very caring member of staff. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends if their wish is for a similar funeral.”

“Pure Cremation Ltd, is the most friendliest and caring people I have every meet and spoken too. “Outstanding service from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout. I can't thank the staff enough. I'm so grateful for the way they looked after my late mother. And even when my mother's ashes were delivered, they were handed over by a member of staff from Pure Cremation and not sent through a courier which was an emotional but perfect way to do it. Thank you so very much everyone.”

“Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every single member of staff I spoke to where so respectful, the guy on the phone who I spoke to minutes after my dad passed was so calming and understanding, the two men who came to pick him up were brilliant, they explained how everything would go and asked us if we wanted to be in the room or not, they even came back to give us a hug and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. Would recommend to anyone who like my dad didn’t want a traditional funeral. They made stressful time easier to deal with.”

“My dad passed away recently and was made very easy to organise at a very difficult time for our family. The people we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date with everything even when my dad was returned home to us all. Would highly recommend this service as it takes all the stress out of organising a funeral at a very difficult time.”

“Couldn’t be more helpful despite being just past midnight on a bank holiday Sunday. We were grateful not to have to worry or arrange anything for the entire process and the ashes were delivered to our home by the nicest possible gentleman. Thank you Pure Cremation”
