Although the drills were cheap, they did not cut mild steel. You need to check the rubbish you sell.

The service was good but I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site unless you are ok with your email address being passed on to another company to pester you unless you unsubscribe from their list.

I purchased two 13.5 mm blacksmith drill bits, to do a specific job i.e. To drill through 6 mm mild steel angle iron. Pilot holes where drilled in stages up to 12.5 mm then using a brand new 13.5 mm drill bit this refused to bore through and just got hot, the drill was then sharpened and drilling continued, with extreme difficulty it finally made it through but not without chipping some of the flutes off. So in short these drill bits are not fit for purpose!!!!

Drill bits lose cutting edge as soon as they touch steel. Went through 10, 13 mm drills drilling one hole. That was after using 10 5mm drills to pilot the steel first. Absolute waste of money.

The quality of the drillbit was very poor it snapped in the machine which delayed the job and the company was very indifferent to this and did not offer a replacement or refund

Purchased TCT drills for stainless steel as advertised on your website, they did not work! Ordinary drills worked better!

Ordering and delivery process was very good. Unfortunately the products I purchased were very poor quality. I was offered a refund or replacement, but poor quality is no good to me.

Good prices & good service. After trying several bits these are the worst ever as they cannot maintain the hole size. Best I got was 8 holes before bit was wasted.

Put in an order for drills, but when they arrive there were 3 drill bits missing out of one box, may say they are competitive but no good if you don’t get the order you paid for !!!!

I used the 14.5mm drill to open up a 14mm hole. The drill damaged its flutes without any apparent work being done with the tip cutting edges. Substituted it with an old Dormer 9/16" drill, no problem. To be fair, this is the first failure of a UK Drills product bought by me.

Bought the Titanium HSS 6mm bit. Drilled a 3mm hole in a steel beam then a drilled a 4mm hole through through the 3mm hole working my way up to 12mm. Used these drill bits to go from 4mm to 6mm. Had to use 2 bits to drill one hole.

I purchased a set of metal hole saws expecting a product suitable to be used by the trade and found them to be poor quality. The small mandril has no flats on the chuck End and so is extremely hard to grip and it is distorted and so does not cut a clean hole. The larger sizes cut an equally poorly finished hole requiring a lot of de burring. Will be looking elsewhere for a better product

I rang and explained that I was drilling terracotta blocks, so needed a top quality masonry drill bit. I was told the tungsten coated is your best item, (which is probably true), unfortunately they were not man enough for the job, burning out very quickly, regardless of what speed the drill was set at, I bought 10 so I gave them a good chance. I should say I am putting in electrical sockets so needed to drill a lot of holes so the bock wouldn’t break out..., I have found the free set which came with the Makita drill to be far superior ..... shame..

I have to say I was not impressed with your drills, I thought from our conversation your drills were all singing all dancing, after having bought what I expected to be quality drills from another supplier, which turned out to be total rubbish, I found your internet site making claims of better quality drills, I also spoke to one of your employees who assured me that your drills would deal with concrete without any trouble, on the strength of that I bought a selection of your drills, one for masonry and 4 for concrete, I put one of the smallest drills in to start my hole in the concrete and it promptly blunted, and had deep scores on the shaft from the contact with the concrete, drill finished, I found an old drill of my own! made the hole tried to open it up with your drills, well that was hard work, destroyed another of your drills, I then went through all my own tools and found two old drills bought some years ago and finished the job with them. So what do I think of your drills, they are overpriced and total rubbish.
