Your claim of offering "The best quality drill bits guaranteed" is laughable. I ordered a 400mm x 12mm concrete drill bit that was bent and 'wobbled' in my drill. I complained and you replaced it with another one that was the same even after asking that you checked it in a drill before posting. I complained again and asked you CHECK IN A DRILL BEFORE POSTING. You said they were made in China or Germany and I asked for one made in Germany this time. The third drill came very quickly but was exactly the same. So your claim of highest quality is not backed up in your service to customers and customers should be made aware of this. Your website looks good but doesn't reflect the claims you make regarding the QUALITY of what you sell.
