“I bought specially treated 3.00mm drills listed as suitable for stainless steel. The stainless steel I had to drill was only 2.0mm thick. The drills I bought would not even dent it, let alone drill the hole. The cutting ability of the drill bits was zero. Fortunately, UK Drills kindly gave me a refund, which was appreciated.”

“4 long sds bits ordered; 3 of them badly bent out of true. Because of the urgency, no option to return so they were heated and hammered straight. Poor quality control.”

“At the. Moment the delivery which was promised on Friday the 29 th of April,this date was comfimed by email by both yourself and dpd I ,but hey no delivery.on checking with yourselves I was told dpd missed the pick up along with 53 other orders, then checking with dpd they told me the order was not ready to be picked up, so someone is lying I guess. Did explain I was travelling to Cyprus on the Monday but nobody was interested in my problem, and I am still waiting for a refund”

“Didn’t get to try them as the idiot company they use to deliver wouldn’t leave my drills as they’re still operating under the fake covid conditions. I was struggling with a garage door that was coming off its hinges and yet the brain dead delivery driver insisted I let it fall and open a door so he could take a photo.”

“I've had drills for steel from this seller which were great. Unfortunately the masonry bits which were supposed to be OK for granite. One was destroyed after a 2 inch hole. Not impressed.”

“the speed bits were distorted and wouldn't bore a clean hole and the foster bits were blunt. I won't be buying from you again.”

“Sds drills are bent and wiggle when drilling, metal drills 3mm and 4mm drill a hole and then are useless also wiggle. Poor quality and will not use again!”

“All drill bits apart from 1 have so far broken in the space of a couple of weeks use. Really not very quality products at all. Will be going somewhere else in future.”

“I phoned your office before purchasing, asked to speak with a technical advisor, was told that the drill bits I needed to drill thru catnic was colbolt drill bits, when I used them the drill bits were useless, didn't touch the catnic 1 bit, NOT IMPRESSED”

“I made an order for a drill in error. The company kindly cancelled the order and I then ordered the correct core drill. Never turned up I am afraid, hence my lack of enthusiasm for this particular vendor. A friend lent me a core drill in the end so don't need the thing now anyway.”

“I paid for fast delivery but didn't get it. No refund was offered either, despite being notified the delivery was going to be late. The drill bits themselves were useless and went completely blunt within 30 seconds of drilling into stone. Appalling all round.”

We were not advised of any delay with the delivery and haven't received any communication regarding the drill bits. On receipt of this review a full refund has been issued.

“Ordered 2 x 10.5mm reduced shank drills through Amazon, both drill were bent, with run out of 1.5mm. 2 more drills dispatched which arrived today both drills exactly the same as original's, not impressed wont be using this company again.”

“sorry to say, but the drills never arrived and have been sent back to you by DHL.!!! courier supposedly called twice while we were open but " couldnt see anybody" even though we had a DHL delivery the same day!!! will be asking for a refund shortly as one has not been forthcoming.”
