“A number of the drills were not straight. So when drilling very obvious they were not truly straight.”

“Ordered replacement spare drill bits varying sizes including 5 1/2 HSS bits. Three of these do not run true; up to almost 1mm out of true. Therefore very poor quality control. Emailed UK drills but no response. Dissapointing.”

“Good drill bits but very late on delivery. Ordered next day and it did not arrive till a day later. It was for a very urgent job as well. No one reached out to let me know it would be late. I would avoid due to this lack of communication.”

“Drills didn't cut. The edge on them was visibly lopsided. Had a larger drill from them that was ok and managed to do the job but this set wouldn't even start cutting, even after being reground by several people.. Oh well, they weren't too expensive. Might work on soft wood but I wouldn't recommend for anything tougher.”

“I payed for next day delivery. I had to wait 4 days. So really you should have been reimbursed my £5 for next day delivery”

“Used drills in an attempt to drill out a bolt on my tractor. Succeeded to pilot hole the bolt with bits up to 6, this is when the trouble started as 7,8 and 10 could not cope and broke in the hole. Even though I used a variable slow speed drill. Very disappointed to say the least and delayed the work until I source similar or even better bits locally. Delivery was spot on though.”

Order left 12.05.2025, should have been delivered 13.05.2025, unfortunately DPD only delivered 14.05.2025 - We have issued a refund for the shipping charge

“The handle and catch of both drill set cases fell to pieces within the first couple of days. Wouldn’t buy any drill sets again from UK Drills”

“The outside diam of the countersink was not concentric with the hole for the drill. Consequently this set up a wobble and vibration. Using the drill as the arbor, I turned the outside diam of the countersink true.That solved the problem.”

“I bought the Extreme Concrete Drill Bits - 6.5mm x 100mm. I was suckered in my the name “Extreme”. The reality is they were rubbish and would not even touch the bricks my home is built with. Had to buy some Bosch ones to do the job. A perfect example of getting what you pay for!! UPDATE: You asked for my order number: 000109154 UPDATE2: Thank you for your reply. A refund would be great thanks.”

“this company was the only site i found that stated the connection thread to their diamond drills was M22, and not 1/2" BSP that was more common in the UK. I had checked with their Technical too so I ordered two sizes and I received them super fast by next morning. But not M22. Check with technical who claim to sell thousands of these and never had a compalaint. I suggested changing the website entry as they clearly either had a one off problem in a batch from their supplier or they are all 1/2:BSP thread fitting. They were not receptive to that but were right on the ball and had the courrier company pick up the incorrect items 2 days later. My acount was credited 4 days later.”

“Service was very good and dispatch and delivery very fast so no complaint there. However the masonry bits I ordered were advertsed as being able to drill granite. My house is not as hard as granite so I expected to have no problem drilling some holes but none of the bits I bought would even mark the stone let alone making a hole in it. Not too happy for £20's worh of drills”

“Not overly impressed. Stills fall out, and snag on internal lip. This then means you cannot open the box with out shaking it, which in turn rattles ever inside and is not healthy for the taps or bits. Province was fare, and quality was below what l expected.”

“I bought drill bits and jigsaw blades. Haven't tried drill bits yet but I open jigsaw blades to try and very disappointed as cut 2mm steel about 400mm long using cutting oil and went threw 3 number blades. Quality not good.”

“The website and service may be good but the product we recieved was woeful. The SDS Max (into the chuck end) material is not up to standard, chewed up and wouldn't release from the chuck. Waste of money.”

“They are available at a great price, whole sales experience where brilliant however the quality isn’t good enough for what we needed it for. We have purchased various sizes etc to drill through 3-5mm SHS, couple snapped straight away, another are completely useless after 2,3 holes - not hard enough. They more DIY and not made to last. Please don’t get me wrong - just not good enough for what we need them for.”

“Drill nest made down to a price not up to a standerd. Had to force open dril nest and strighten out so it would open and close.”
