“I am sure i sent a review in to you .Which was very favourable.I have since use some of your bits and 4 of the 10 3.5 mm are out of true when spun in the drill.Because you sent 10 drills and I have now more than I need I am O.K.”

“I ordered flat ended taps because the thread i wanted to rethread was only 3mm deep And you sent me pointed ones ,which meant the hole had to be 12mm deep before the tap would start to cut”

“The team at UK Drills processed and despatched my order in good time, however they were let down by Royal Mail who delivered a date later than scheduled. The late delivery wasn't really a show stopper more of an inconvenience..”

“At the moment I’ve got mixed opinions on this company nog so much on the products but the way they describe their products as I bought some wood bits on my order and they are ridiculous so very tiny and I wouldn’t get them in any of my drills never seen anything so small and useless in my life TBH so I’m just in the process of having to return them and go elsewhere to purchase drill bits”

We send a delivery note out with all our orders. This is showing as delivered by Royal Mail 03.09.2025

“Price and delivery all perfectly acceptable, but there was far too much plastic packaging. Each drill was in its own plastic wrapper, and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Totally unnecessary - drills are not fragile. Please make the switch to paper-based packaging.”

Standard HSS drill bits ordered. We can't comment as we do not know what material the customer was drilling.
