“The team at UK Drills processed and despatched my order in good time, however they were let down by Royal Mail who delivered a date later than scheduled. The late delivery wasn't really a show stopper more of an inconvenience..”

“Disappointed...paid the extra to have a set of 3 M24 taps delivered next day. They sent 3 plug taps, so forced to go out and get another set”

“At the moment I’ve got mixed opinions on this company nog so much on the products but the way they describe their products as I bought some wood bits on my order and they are ridiculous so very tiny and I wouldn’t get them in any of my drills never seen anything so small and useless in my life TBH so I’m just in the process of having to return them and go elsewhere to purchase drill bits”

“Price and delivery all perfectly acceptable, but there was far too much plastic packaging. Each drill was in its own plastic wrapper, and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Totally unnecessary - drills are not fragile. Please make the switch to paper-based packaging.”

Standard HSS drill bits ordered. We can't comment as we do not know what material the customer was drilling.

“Ordered a range of HSS drill bits, a large number of them have significant burrs on the cutting edge or are bent straight from the factory. Spend a bit more money somewhere else and you’ll get much better tools.”

“Bulk drill pack ordered, v fast delivery, but unfortunately not terribly impressed with quality of the drill bits supplied, already broken 2 simply drilling into timber (not even small diameter bits) Seem to be too brittle, poor quality steel. Probably won't buy again”

“So far good quality steel. Only issue is that the width stated is only the tip, the shaft is much slimmer so it doesn't allow the grooves to pull the dust out. For that reason I wouldn't buy from UK Drills again unfortunately”

“I thought I would try this company to buy the small sizes of drills as I thought the price was good, but.... The drills arrived quickly, but they are not very good... they are not very straight, and the ones that are straight are not sharp enough to drill butter!!! So a total waste of money!!!”
