“All the drills were smaller in size by around 0.1mm which doesn’t sound much but a 0.5 becomes 0.4 and so on with the other sizes. They were also all blunt not making any impression on steel or brass. When I reported this to uk drills they refunded my money.”

“We have a job which required 800 number 22dia holes drilled 200mm into unreinforced concrete we purchased 5 drills from yourselves for this task the first drill did 31 holes and broke, the second drill did 36 holes and broke, your drills are slow drilling and do not clear the dust from the hole efficiently. My team have resorted to using two older hilti drills which have now drilled in excess of 500 holes on this job and are still going strong. So my review of your product is that I am disapointed. Whilst I appreciate that your drills are significantly cheaper, Hilti although expensive do appear to be a better option in the long term and in speed of production. Bob Grant”

“The service was good unfortunately the TCT tipped drills were very brittle They shattered very easy, only used light pressure, will not buy these again probably stick to cobalt steel ground drills.”

“The 2 x ¼" inch specialist TCT drills only lasted less than 2 minutes with drills HSS so must say I was very disappointed as the description suggested that these specialist drill bits would cope with that material.”

“Two flat bits supplied were very badly made, rounded off edges, blunt ends. It looked like they were made by children. Definitely not to British Standards. Money was refunded.”

“Quick delivery, good service, but the Drill bits are rubbish, I bought Cobalt for Stainless Steel and they did not work on my 2mm SS 316. Just turned and went blunt.”

“Instantly upon notification of this order, I emailed to advise your client had given my email address in error. I asked that my details would be removed from your records and was assured this would be sorted. So I find it a concern that I should then receive a request for a rating.”

“Bought a drill bit paid an extra £12 delivery next day before 10am turned up 6/7 days later .. by that time had to pay a company to do the 3x holes. Very poor service”
