I have looked into this further for you and can see that our customer services team have raised this with the manufacturer who originally despatched your order on our behalf, and a replacement has been issued. We do appreciate your feedback, as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and this was clearly not up to our usual high standards on this occasion. “Terrific service. Spoke with Chris Ward about colour match with our existing roof paint. He was good enough to post a 'paint out' sample on a card. I subsequently ordered the paint online. Thanks to Promain and Chris for their help.”
