“We spoke to Promain's Customer Service team before buying the pain to understand delivery times. They were incredibly efficient, very helpful and friendly over the phone and clearly knew what they were talking about. The best piece of all was that having told us that delivery would be within the next day or two, the product arrived the very next day and so far so good, but we are still painting!”

“Very pleased with the quality of the Products & service. My only complaint is that when I selected my 15" roller frame on the web site it was suggested in the related Products pop-up that I buy it in conjunction with a telescopic extension pole. This I did. When they arrived I found the roller frame has a threaded interface & the pole has a push fit so the two do not fit together.”

“I did lots of online research on how best to paint kitchen units and purchased Promain on the recommendation of an experienced decorator. Delivery was swift ( though it was left by a neighbour's front door and not ours) and the product perfect for the job. Coverage was good and the top coat went over the Promain beautifully. When I next need a primer/undercoat I will certainly be using this again and would have no hesitation recommending it to others.”
