“I have been purchasing this specialist paint for years first time I purchased it from Promain UK after making a hash of trying to buy online I 'phoned and spoke to Sally in sales she was a great help in sorting me out the package arrived only a few days after ordering which I was surprised about as delivery timescale was a week it was well packaged so no damage to contents, all in all kind and helpful service from start to finish I will certainly use them again”

“I ordered a tin of Barn Paint for our summer house redecoration. Very good website. Order placed one evening and delivery made 48 hours later! Purchase invoice emailed to me immediately. This has to be the best online shopping experience I've ever had. Well done.”

Hi Raymond, Thank you for your review. We do understand that carriage costs can seem high. Certain products are classified as hazardous for transport purposes, which means that they must be sent by an approved carrier. This, as well as an increase in transport costs in general, can make them appear to be higher than expected, however, this is something we continually monitor and we always aim to keep these as low as possible for our customers. Hi Francois, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. The purpose of this product is to draw all of the salt out from the substrate, therefore it can initially look worse as all of the salt is brought to the surface. It is important to continue applying the Salt Neutraliser until all of the salt has been drawn out. We have also raised your concerns with the manufacturer and they have advised that they will be happy to visit you on site and demonstrate the correct method of application to help resolve the issue. “The service I received from Promain UK it self was was good. They were the only supplier that could provide me with the colour and finish of Bedec Barn paint that I could find. Unfortunately, the distributor they use, FedEx was atrocious. Four times they cancelled their delivery time and on the fifth I received it. I would recommend they change their distributor. Although they did refund me the delivery charge.”
