Honestly not 100% happy... I bought some wrist guards and they don't fit even though I followed the online measurement guides and went for the largest size - and were still to small - I understand your policy that the customer needs to pay returns, but in this instance as I did everything I could in advance to ensure the right size, and when arrived to small, therefore the sizing guides are wrong, then that just doesn't seem fair, especially as to return the item is effectively a third the cost of the item itself. anyhow anyhow - enough grumbling - but it does just reaffirm that in the end it is easier to shop through the likes of amazon with free returns... which is a shame.. cheers
